Brooklyn Decker, 22, has worked for the magazine for about five years and is thrilled to make the cover. “It’s shocking and a dream come true!” Decker said.

Brooklyn is enjoying the attention and the excitement of doing talk shows. “I’ve never been on one! I’m kind of freaking out,” she said before her appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman Monday. “I’ve done news shows, but I’ve never done a big talk show.”

Brooklyn says her family was very excited for her. “My mom cried,” says Decker.

Decker is about to celebrate her one year anniversary with tennis star Andy Roddick.  Brooklyn says of her husband’s support, “He’s so proud. I think this gives him a one-up in the locker room for the next year or so.”
